Our dolphin and
sea lion swim programs are by appointment only.

If you would like to make a reservation and expedite the booking process, you may wish to sumbit the on-line pre-reseravation request form below. One of our agents will contact you via email to confirm availability and answer any particular questions you may have.

All reservations must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking. A confirmation/ticket
will be e-mailed, faxed, or posted to you, in addition
to program details and directions to our facility. If there is not sufficient time for you to receive your confirmation/tickets and information, they will be held for you at check-in, and we will offer directions
over the phone.

RESCHEDULING: There is no penalty incurred
when rescheduling a swim to an earlier date or time (subject
to availability). However, rescheduling to a LATER date
or time LESS THAN 48 HOURS prior to your swim will incur
a $10 PER SWIMMER rescheduling fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled more than 7 days will recieve a full refund, less a $10 service charge. If a reservation is canceled less than
7 days, but more than 24 hours prior to the swim, 50%
of all charges will be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS
WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS
PRIOR TO A SWIM PROGRAM OR FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT
SHOW UP FOR THEIR SCHEDULED SWIM.
DELAYED ARRIVAL: If you encounter any
transportation or travel delays on your way to Dolphins
Plus, please call us to inform us of the delay. It MAY
be possible to reschedule you to a later day or time to
avoid being a “no-show”. We urge you to
be early or on time. Our program times are non-negotiable.
In order to ensure the health and well being of our dolphins,
we cannot delay our program – NO EXCEPTIONS!
