Booking Policies

All reservations must be PAID IN FULL at the time of booking.

Once payment has been made, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, with instructions and details including a gps address for navigation to our facility.

If you have any questions our Guest Service Specialists are available via live chat from our website or by telephone a 305-451-1996 from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm (EST) daily.

RESCHEDULING: The first reschedule is done at no additional charge.  Any additional reschedules are $25.00 each.  Rescheduling is done by phone at 305-451-1993.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations cancelled more than 7 days will receive a full refund.  If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days, but more than 24 hours prior to the program, a refund of 50% of the booking payment will be issued.  PLEASE NOTE: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 24 HOURS PRIOR TO A PROGRAM OR FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO DO NOT SHOW UP FOR THEIR SCHEDULED PROGRAM.  Please also note that the online booking fee is non refundable.

DELAYED ARRIVAL: If you encounter any transportation or travel delays on your way to Dolphins Plus, please call us to inform us of the delay. It may be possible to reschedule you to a later day or time to avoid a non refundable cancellation.  We urge you to be early or on time. Our program times are non-negotiable. In order to ensure the health and well being of our dolphins, we cannot delay our program – NO EXCEPTIONS!
